Instructions for Authors

 

• Page length is limited to 8-pages in the IEEE double-column format with a font size no smaller than 10 points using IEEE Conference Proceeding templates.  

• For IEEEtran class in LaTeX, use the following as the first line in your LaTeX source file:

\documentclass[10pt, conference]{IEEEtran} (Note: with IEEE conferences, the author affiliation is listed under the author's name, unlike IEEE transactions)

• Adapt the capitalization of your paper title to the third rule where all words, except for internal articles, prepositions and conjunctions are capitalized.

• Manuscripts may contain page numbers.

• Further guidelines and templates are available here.

• Please keep in mind that you need to register your paper first. You can do so by the February 1 (extended to March 5), 2012 in EDAS : http://edas.info/11495.

• Upload the Xplore-compliant PDF file by February 6, 2012 to the EDAS system at http://edas.info/11495. (If you get any warning when uploading to EDAS, please ignore as long as the file has already passed the above PDF eXpress compliance test.)
  
  

• All authors listed in the PDF submission must also be listed in EDAS at the time of submission.
  
  
• Download and complete the 'Copyright Form'. Please sign, scan and upload to EDAS. Please submit the signed copyright form by June 8, 2012.
