Registration is required for all participants of ITC24. At least one author of each regular paper must register at full registration rate (even the author may be a student); an author registration allows up to three papers to be covered.
Authors must be registered by/on June 30.
To be published in the ITC24 Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full rate (member or non-member) and the paper must be presented at the conference. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers.
Cancelation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to wydrych+itc24reg@agh.edu.pl (or in writing to the address stated on the Contact page) and received by June 30. No refunds will be provided after this date. Please note: author registrations are non-refundable. There will be a 50 EUR administrative fee deducted from each refund.
Credit Card Payment
All credit card clearings are done through Centrum Rozliczeniowe Dotpay.
