Registration is required for all participants of ITC27.

Please note: all prices listed in the on-line registration form do NOT include 21% VAT. The 21% VAT will be added at the end of the on-line registration process.

Payment
Payment can be done by Credit Card or via bank transfer in EUR.
Access to Social Events
Please be advised that:
- only “Full Week - Member” and “Full Week - Non-Member”-registration fees include access for 1 person to the Welcome Reception, the Social event and Conference Dinner.
- “Full Week - Student Member” and “Full Week - Student Non-Member”-registration fees include access for 1 person to the Welcome Reception only and NOT to the Social event and Conference Dinner.
- All other registration fees ("Tutorials Only" and "Workshop Only") do NOT include access to any of the ITC27 social events.
- Additional tickets for those events can be purchased separately during the registration process.
Member Registration
"Member Registration" is applicable to IEEE Members. If "Member Registration" or "Student Member Registration" is selected, you will be required to provide your IEEE Membership number.
Author Registration
"ITC - Author Registration" is specifically set up for authors presenting papers at ITC27. For your paper to be included in the final programme and to be published in the ITC 27 Proceedings, at least 1 author needs to register before the deadline of July 1, 2015 at full rate. Papers not covered by any registration by that deadline will automatically be removed from the final programme. If you choose "Author Registration" you will be asked to provide up to 2 paper numbers on which you are listed as (co-)author and which consequently will be secured in the programme.
"Workshop - Author Registration" is specifically set up for authors presenting papers at the workshop on Friday September 11, 2015. For your paper to be included in the final programme and to be published in the Proceedings, at least 1 author needs to register before the deadline of July 1, 2015 at full rate. Papers not covered by any registration by that deadline will automatically be removed from the final programme. If you choose "Author Registration" you will be asked to provide up to 2 paper numbers on which you are listed as (co-)author and which consequently will be secured in the programme.No "Author Student Registration" is available.
Visa Assistance Letters
Participants, in particular authors, who have specific constraints to travel (visas) and/or need a visa assistance letter are thus invited to take all administrative measures in due time for attending ITC 27. Please check the appropriate box during the on-line registration process and please check as procedures are longer in Summer.
