Visas and Legal Formalities
Depending on your citizenship, a US visa might be required to enter the United States of America. Please check the State Department website for your visa requirements and plan your visa application based on the Visa Wait Times.  There are a list of 36 countries whose nationals might no need a US Visa when they visit US for less than 90 days.  

Should you need an invitation letter from the organizers in order to obtain a US visa, please (1) choose the "I:I Visa Invitation Letter" option when you register the conference at the EDAS registration page; (2) and optionally provide the following information by contact the Organizing Committee so that they are available for further inquiry:

  • Last Name:
  • First Name:
  • Company:
  • Address + country:
  • Date and Place of birth:
  • Citizenship:
  • Passport number:

An invitation letter will be emailed to you afterward.

Please note that a Visa letter can only be sent to you once your registration and payment for ITC 2011 have been received.
