Conference registration is now available at edas.info/r8968. You need to have an account at EDAS to register.

  • Main Conference authors must register by June 15, 2011 while Workshop authors must register by July 15, 2011.
  • At least one author of each regular paper must register at full registration rate (even the author may be a student); an author registration allows up to three papers to be covered.
  • Student authors of poster papers may register at the student rate.
  • Onsite registration will be available from Tuesday (September 6) to Friday(September 9), from 8am to 3pm. Credit card or cash are accepted. Onsite registration will also use the EDAS link above.
  • If you need a visa letter, please register as early as possible. Visa Letters won?t be generated without the registration fee being paid.

  • Membership rate applies to IEEE ComSoc and ACM SIGCOMM members. Please provide your membership number(s) in your EDAS profile before registration.
  • Full registration covers: Admission to Keynote Sessions, Technical Sessions, all tutorials, one copy of the Conference Proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches Tuesday through Friday, Welcome Reception, and Banquet.
  • Student registration covers the same except for Banquet, which can be be purchased separately.
  • Guest/Accompanying Person rate is not for regular attendees. It covers Tuesday-Friday lunches and Welcome Reception. Banquet ticket must be bought separately. To print name tag correctly, please register guests using a different EDAS account with desired names.
  • Full & student registration fee allows attending any tutorials. If you plan to attend ONLY tutorials, choose one of the Tutorial Only packages above for payment.
  • For Wire Transfer payment, there is an additional US$ 50 transaction fee. Please include it in your payment, so proper invoice can be generated.
  • For us to determine room capacity, please also choose which tutorials that you plan to attend during the registration process (regardless of full, student or Tutorial package only option).
  • For workshop participants, please use the Conference & Workshop, and Workshop Only rates. There is no student discount rates for workshops. Please also choose which workshop that you plan to attend. For workshop authors, choosing the correct workshop will make sure your paper meets the registration requirement of the correct workshop.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on or prior to August 10 2011 will incur administrative fees: US$100.00 for full registration; US$ 50 for student registration; 20% for tutorial and workshop packages.
