If you have received the paper acceptance email from TPC Co-chairs, please use this author instructions to prepare your final camera ready paper.

To present your paper and for consideration of its inclusion in the Proceedings of 2011 23rd International Teletraffic Congress, you are required to

  • Improve your manuscript according to the reviewers' comments
  • Page length is limited to 8-pages in the IEEE double-column format using IEEE Conference Proceeding templates. For IEEEtran class in LaTeX, use the following as the first line in your LaTeX source file:
    • \documentclass[10pt, conference]{IEEEtran}
      (Note: with IEEE conferences, the author affiliation is listed under the author's name, unlike IEEE transactions)
  • Go to IEEE PDF eXpress Website.
    • Create an IEEE PDF eXpress account (use conference ID: itc2011x ; use 'new user' if you haven't used this site before.).
    • Use IEEE PDF eXpress to check if your PDF file is Xplore-compliant, OR, else, you can use this site to convert your source files into an IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF file (e.g., for LaTeX users, create a zip file that includes dvi and your eps figure files all together, and then upload the zip file for the system to convert into a compliant PDF file; for MSWord users, upload the Word file and let it convert
      and return a compliant PDF file)
  • Upload the Xplore-compliant PDF file by June 15, 2011 to the EDAS system at http://edas.info/8968. (If you get any warning when uploading to EDAS, please ignore as long as the file has already passed the above PDF eXpress compliance test.)
  • Download and complete the 'Copyright Form' (Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word DOC). Please sign, scan and upload to EDAS. Please submit the signed copyright form by June 15, 2011.
  • At least one author of the paper must register at the full registration rate. A full author registration will allow up to a maximum of three accepted papers, in case you have multiple acceptance. The full rate is USD750 for ComSoc/IEEE/ACM/SIGCOMM members, and USD850 for Non-members by the early registration deadline. The full rate registration fee covers Admission to Keynote Sessions, Technical Sessions, Tutorials, one copy of the Symposium Record, coffee breaks, lunches Tuesday through Friday, Welcome Reception, and Banquet. Once you're at your paper page in EDAS, click on the green button next to 'Registration' and follow the steps. Please complete the registration by July 15, 2011.

Note that the final acceptance is conditioned on that (i) the paper is updated according to the comments of the reviewers and on that (ii) at least one of the authors registers for the conference at the full-conference rate (an author registration covers up to three accepted papers) before the early registration deadline, which is July 15, 2011.

If you need an invitation letter for applying for a US visa, you must pay your conference registration for us to generate the invitation letter. Thus, we encourage you to complete this as soon as possible.

Formatting Instructions

Formatting checks are enforced in the EDAS submission phase for final manuscripts. Please allow extra time to fix any formatting errors and use PDF-eXpress to generate a compliant file.

    \documentclass[10pt, conference]{IEEEtran}
    (with IEEE conferences, the author affiliation is listed under the author's name, unlike IEEE transactions)
  • Adapt the capitalization of your paper title to the third rule of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Title_case#Headings_and_publication_title e.g., "The Vitamins Are in My Fresh California Raisins", Capitalization of all words, except for internal articles, prepositions and conjunctions

Due to IEEE technical co-sponsorship of DRCN, your final paper is planned to be included in IEEE eXplore for archival value after the conference. However, IEEE reserves the right that if an acceptance paper is not presented at the conference; then, it may be excluded from inclusion in IEEE Xplore. The paper, once all the same issues are addressed, will also be included in ACM digital library due to ?in cooperation? agreement with ACM SIGCOMM.
