Registration
The conference fees will be charged in SEK. An exchange rate of 9,2 SEK/EUR (as of June, 30, 2014) will be applied.
Please note that you need to enter any paper number(s), IEEE/ACM membership numbers, allergies and other food requirements in the comment field.
Registration is required for all participants of ITC26. By registering to the Full Week Package or Conference Only you are included in all social events including the Banquet.
To be published in the ITC 26 Proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full rate (member or non-member) and the paper must be presented at the conference. Likewise, an author of an accepted workshop paper is required to register for the workshops at the full rate, and the paper must be presented at the corresponding workshop. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers.
Without any valid explanation, registered papers which are not presented by one of the authors will not be published in IEEE Xplore®.
Participants, in particular authors, who have specific constraints to travel (visas) and/or need a letter of invitation are thus invited to take all administrative measures in due time for attending ITC 26. Please check as procedures are longer in Summer.

(*) This special rate has been made possible thanks to an exceptional grant from the IAC (International Advisory Council) which aims at encouraging people attending workshops and tutorials by compensating the registration rates for these co-located events. Thus there is no discount for conference only as this would be the normal rates for it. Whenever possible, please take advantage of this offer to stay all week in Karlskrona!
