You can register online by filling out the Registration Form.
Payment:
Payment can be done either via back transfer, or via a credit card. The payment details and the cancellation policy are listed on the registration form. Please fill out and sign the Payment Form and send it to our secretary Susanne van Dam, either by fax (+31-20-5924199) or by E-mail (Susanne.van.Dam@cwi.nl), adding “Registration ITC22”, plus your name, in the subject.
Your registration is only accepted once the payment has been received.
