Included in author, full member and non-member registration fee:

Access to the conference, CD Rom of proceeding, coffee breaks on 15-17 September 2009 and welcome reception

Included in the accompanying person registration fee:
Welcome reception and gala dinner. No access to the conference

Only payment by credit card is authorized (no Bank Transfer)
Please note that on-line registration cannot be made by telephone or email to SEE.

Off-line registration
Off-line registration is available by completing the related Registration Form.
Once completed, please fax the Form to SEE/ITC 21: +33 1 5690 3708

On-site registration
On-site registration will start on 15 September 2009, 8 a.m. at:

• No refund will be made for cancellation of registration for accepted papers.
• Any cancellation of other participants has to be sent by writing to SEE before 1 September 2009. Cancellations on or prior to 1 September 2009 will incur a €75.00 administrative fee. No refund will be made after 1 September 2009.
