At the Conference
The Proceedings of ITC 21 will be provided on electronic material given to the participants of the congress.
After the conference
All regular papers should be available through IEEE Xplore, as a result of the Technical Co-sponsorship of ITC 21 by IEEE Communications Society.
Publication of Best Papers
Provided the authors agrement, the best papers of ITC 21 will be published in an extended version in a special issue of the Annals of Telecommunications, a Journal published by Springer Verlag.
